ABOUT OUR MOVE CLASSES
We invite you to experience our Move Pilates classes that will introduce you to the classical world of Pilates using the reformers and other Pilates apparatus.
Whether you’re starting fresh or advancing your practice, both classes offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body.
Using the reformer and other Pilates equipment, you will explore movement that feels good. Learn to to move with ease, build strength and flexibility, while progressing at your own pace.
MEET YOUR TEACHERS
Chris Lopez is a Pilates trainer and co-founder of Body Evolutions in Campbell. He discovered Pilates and GYROTONIC® shortly after moving to the Bay area in 1998 and has over 20+ years of experience teaching.
Over the years Chris has helped hundreds of men and women alleviate back pain, gain newfound strength, and achieve flexibility through his expertise in Pilates and stretching techniques.
Chris enjoys riding his skateboard, biking, hiking, and spending time with his wife in his spare time.
Sonia Lopez, is a Pilates and GYROTONIC® teacher, and co-founder of Body Evolutions in Campbell. With 28+ years of experience, Sonia blends her competitive ballroom background with mindful movement instruction.
Her teaching style emphasizes releasing tension and moving with ease, benefiting clients of all ages, especially those recovering from injury. Passionate about improving her clients’ quality of life, she continues her education in therapeutic exercise. In her spare time, Sonia enjoys hiking, biking, family activities, and wellness research.

Curious about Pilates?
MOVE Pilates Fundamentals is the perfect start for those new to Pilates or looking to refresh their practice after a break. We’ll introduce you to the equipment setup and adjustments, essential Pilates principles all while guiding you through exercises on the Reformer and other Pilates equipment. This class will leave you feeling confident, build a strong foundation and prepare you for MOVE ALL levels Pilates class.Why you'll love it! - First of all you won’t believe how great a work out can feel! We also spend the time getting you comfortable with the reformer and the routine. Aside from getting physically stronger you will also gain confidence and feel more coordinated.
At the end of class we will slow it down with our signature stretch series.

Ready to explore Pilates in a whole new way? MOVE All Levels Pilates is a fun and moderate-paced class with quicker transitions. It will progress your practice as you work through all the planes of movement, strength, coordination, and balance.
This Move class is open to all levels of Pilates experience.
New to Pilates? You’ll gain confidence as you explore a variety of exercises, and their progressions and become familiar with a wide variety apparatus.
Been practicing for a while? You can expect to fine-tune your skills with more complex movements and variations as you develop more autonomy in your workout.
At the end of class we will slow it down with our signature stretch series.

Join us in-person for a dynamic and focused semi-independent workout that incorporates a range of Pilates equipment in a dynamic circuit with the purpose of creating an environment for practice and self mastery.
The Mastery class tones and stretches the body incorporating the reformer, chairs, barrels, mat, and Spring Ladder in a circuit. Walk out feeling taller, stronger, and completely stress-free.
Designed for experienced Pilates enthusiasts ready to work deeply and with intention, this class offers personalized attention with a max of 8 participants.
Not suitable for those new to Pilates or recovering from injuries. Consult your doctor if you're unsure if this class is right for you.

Body Evolutions' 24-hour cancellation policy.
Early cancellations are outside the 24-hour window of the start time of a class or a session. Clients will have their account credited with the class or session when this occurs.
Late cancellations are within the 24-hour window of the start time of a class or a session. Clients will be charged the full price of a single class or session, or have a credit deducted from their account when this occurs.
All reformer class cancellations need to be managed by the client via their ARKETA account
No Show Policy: As with Late Cancellations, No Shows will be charged the full price of a single class or session, or have a credit deducted from their account when this occurs.

Please bring a clean pair of sticky socks for class.
Clothing must be free of belts, zippers or anything that could scratch the equipment.
Long hair must be tied back and up to avoid getting caught in the equipment.
Please avoid wearing heavy scents as some persons have allergic reactions to them.
