BE Pilates Reformer Foundations - Discover what Pilates can do for YOU!

If you’ve never done Pilates before, or just recently started, this into to Pilates reformer class is for you. This class is ideal for beginners, those looking for a refresher class, and those who want an effective and safe class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation.

Your instructor will take you through Pilates reformer basic repertoire and teach you the basic principles of movement so you feel confident about joining our open level classes.

The reformer class is small in size with a maximum of four students making it the perfect setting where you will get lots of attention and support as you learn the basics.

The BE Reformer Foundations is a 6 Week commitment. 

Please be prepared to attend all six classes as there are no make-ups. This Pilates reformer beginner workout is designed to progress each week as you review and build on the knowledge of the techniques taught in the previous weeks, so you don't want to miss a class.

No Pilates experience is required for participation in this 6-week workshop. Everyone is welcome, whatever level of fitness. All equipment is provided.
