    Tips for a Successful Duet Session

    • Choose a Committed Partner: Select someone with similar goals and a shared enthusiasm for movement.

    • Find Your Partner: Clients are responsible for arranging their own duet partner.

    • Establish Routine: Scheduling a regular weekly session ensures consistency and better results for both of you.

    • The 3 intro classes expire 6 weeks from date of purchase.

    • Expiration dates cannot be extended, nor can packages be transferred

    • Body Evolutions' 24-hour cancellation policy.

      Early cancellations are outside the 24-hour window of the start time of a class or a session. Clients will have their account credited with the class or session when this occurs. 

      Late cancellations are within the 24-hour window of the start time of a class or a session. Clients will be charged the full price of a single class or session, or have a credit deducted from their account when this occurs.

      All reformer class cancellations need to be managed by the client via their ARKETA account

      No Show Policy: As with Late Cancellations, No Shows will be charged the full price of a single class or session, or have a credit deducted from their account when this occurs.

    • Please bring a clean pair of sticky socks for class.

    • Clothing must be free of belts, zippers or anything that could scratch the equipment.

    • Long hair must be tied back and up to avoid getting caught in the equipment.

    • Please avoid wearing heavy scents as some persons have allergic reactions to them.

New Student FAQ

  • Not at all. Most of our new students are beginners. Each session is guided by an experienced instructor who will meet you exactly where you are and adjust exercises to your level.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in — leggings or fitted pants and a top that allows your instructor to see your alignment.

    Please avoid zippers, belts, jewelry, hair items or anything that could catch on the equipment. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.

  • Once you purchase your trial, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to schedule through our Arketa booking system or app. You can also call or email us if you prefer personal assistance.

  • It’s typically not recommended — if you’re curious about both systems, we’ll be happy to schedule separate sessions for each modality during your 3 private lessons. Just let your instructor know when you book.

  • Yes, all introductory trials expire 6 weeks from the date of purchase. This ensures you experience the consistency needed to feel results and decide on the best next step for your movement journey.

  • Your instructor will help you decide on the best path forward — whether that’s continuing with private lessons, joining small-group equipment classes, or blending both. We’ll create a program that supports your goals and schedule.
