The following terms and conditions are designed to ensure you get the most out of your time with us. We’ve organized everything into easy-to-skim sections for clarity and transparency. If you ever have questions or need clarification, your trainer or our studio team is always happy to help.

Arrival: When you arrive, please remove your shoes, slip on your sticky socks, and silence your phone and watch. It helps keep our space clean, focused, and distraction-free—so you (and everyone around you) can get the most out of every session.
Tracking Your Sessions: We do our best to keep your account accurate, but hey, technology is human too. You can log in to Arketa anytime to check your schedule and lesson balance. If something looks off, let us know—we're happy to check.
Valuables: We recommend leaving valuables at home whenever possible. While we do our best to create a safe and respectful environment, Body Evolutions isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Thanks for understanding!
Standing Appointments: Want to keep your favorite time slot? Purchase your package ahead of time and show up consistently. We love consistency—it helps you progress, and it helps us keep things running smoothly. If attendance gets spotty, we may need to release your spot to someone on the waitlist. (We love loyalty, but we also love full classes.)
Running Late: Sessions start and end on time. If you're running behind, we'll do our best with the time left—but we can’t extend past your slot. We know traffic’s a beast.
Payments: We’ve gone full 21st century with online payments through Arketa—but if you prefer to pay by cash or check, that’s totally fine too. The only thing we don’t do is swipe cards at the front desk. However you choose to pay, we’ve got you.
Pricing: Our pricing is always up to date on our website. We reserve the right to adjust rates without notice, but don’t worry—we won’t raise prices mid-session.
Cancellations: We get it—life happens--unexpected meetings, sick days. But we do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Missed or late-canceled sessions are charged the full amount. Why? Because This helps us respect your trainer’s time, and gives us a shot at filling your spot. Thank you in advance for understanding—it really does keep the studio humming.
Expiration Policy: We want you to get the most out of your sessions. That’s why every package—private training or group classes—comes with a set expiration date (typically 1 to 12 months from purchase).
Unused sessions expire on that date unless we’ve made other arrangements in writing. If something truly unexpected happens (like surgery or a wild plot twist), we may offer a one-time extension with documentation. Just reach out and we’ll talk it through.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds for packages or memberships. Be sure the program you choose fits your schedule and your needs. Need help deciding? That’s what we’re here for.
Memberships & Auto-Renewals: Some of our programs auto-renew monthly after an initial 3-month commitment. After that, it’s a month-to-month thing—you can cancel anytime with proper notice. We send helpful reminders 50 hours and 45 minutes before your session, just in case life gets noisy. Need to cancel? You can email us, call, or text:

Health & Safety: Feeling under the weather? Stay home, rest, and hydrate. We love a good workout, but not at the expense of spreading germs. We reserve the right to send home anyone who arrives visibly sick (it’s not personal—we just care about our community’s health).
Medical Disclaimer: Our instructors offer movement guidance, not medical advice. Always check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program, especially if you’re recovering from injury or have health conditions.
Liability Waiver: By participating in sessions (in-person or online), you agree to do so at your own risk. You release Body Evolutions and its staff from liability for injuries or issues that may arise during or after participation.
Intellectual Property: Our class content, descriptions, photos, and branding are all protected. Please don’t copy or reuse anything without our written permission. We worked hard on it (and we think it shows).
Testimonials & Reviews: If you share kind feedback with us (and we hope you do!), we may ask to feature it in our marketing materials. But don’t worry—we’ll always get your permission first. Your story, your voice, your choice.
Third-Party Tools: We use platforms like Arketa, Stripe, and Square for booking and payments. Using our services means you also agree to their terms.
Service Changes: We may update our pricing, schedule, or offerings as needed. We promise to keep things clear and give you a heads-up when changes affect you.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by California law. (Where else can you surf, hike, and do Pilates all in one day?)
