At Body Evolutions, we believe Every Body has possibilities. Whether you’re new to movement or returning after a break, our Pilates and GYROTONIC® programs help you move with strength, ease, and confidence.
Your journey starts with our Introductory Private Trial Packages designed to help you discover the right fit for your goals. Our intro sessions are tailored to you, whether you’re new, returning, or focused on specific goals.
New Client Intro
At Body Evolutions, we introduce new students to the Contrology Pilates Method, and the GYROTONIC® Method with a clear, personalized start. This gives you time to feel comfortable with our system and helps us understand your needs. All new students begin with three private sessions before joining small-group classes, creating a strong foundation for a smooth transition into our 4-person MOVE classes.

3 Private Sessions
$345 — New Student Intro Package
All new students start with three 50-minute private sessions. These personalized sessions introduce you to the foundational concepts of the Contrology Pilates Method and help us understand how to support your long-term movement goals.
During these sessions, you will:
Learn essential principles and terminology
Get comfortable with classical equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Arm Chair, and more
Receive individualized cueing and modifications
Build confidence before joining a group setting
New client packages are valid for 30 days.
We encourage you to schedule all three private sessions at the time of purchase to secure your preferred times.
3 MOVE Pilates Classes
$210 — Our SIGNATURE 4-Person Pilates MOVE Group Sessions
Our SIGNATURE 4-Person MOVE Pilates Group Sessions
After your introductory private sessions, you may be ready for MOVE — our small-group experience designed to help you build strength, confidence, and lasting progress. With only four clients per class, your instructor can understand your body’s needs, and train you safely — especially if you’re a beginner. You’ll work with the classical Pilates system in a supportive environment that blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement.
Important: If you’re new, managing an injury, or under a physical therapist’s care, please begin with private sessions so you receive the attention you need.
New client packages are valid for 30 days.
We encourage you to schedule all three private sessions at the time of purchase to secure your preferred times.
New students must complete three private sessions before entering our MOVE Pilates small-group classes.

Great question. After completing your intro pack you can continue with private sessions. We will continue building on your progress with your goals in mind.

Wear comfortable, non-zippered clothing that is easy to move in. Stay away from super baggy clothes so we can see your form. Loose shorts are not recommended. If you have long hair please put it back so it doesn’t interfere with the equipment. Sticky socks are required.

Working out 4 to 5 times a week is ideal. Come a few times a week and mix it up with a bike ride, swim or hike to keep your work outs interesting. Joseph Pilates said: “In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you’ll be on your way to having a whole new body.” Of course, we would love to see you every day!

You will be building and toning your muscles and that muscle will continue to burn calories, even after you have left class.
Many of our classes inject some cardio into them to help get your heart rate up and whittle away pounds. Calories in, calories out – with proper diet and a good mix of classes, you can definitely lose weight.
That being said, our programs work best in conjunction with a good nutritional program.
