Body Evolutions is honored to host Darien Gold for a special four-hour immersive workshop designed exclusively for Pilates teachers who want to deepen their relationship with the original Method of Contrology.

Trained directly by First Generation teacher Romana Kryzanowska, Darien carries forward the work as it was given — rooted in clarity, discipline, and purpose. This workshop offers a rare opportunity to study the Method through a direct lineage connected to Joseph Pilates himself.

We will begin on the Mat — where the roots of the Method live — and continue onto the apparatus, primarily the Reformer, with integration on the Wunda Chair if time allows. Participants will experience how the work evolves from Mat to apparatus while remaining unmistakably intact.

This is not simply about learning exercises.
It is about refining perception.

Time will be dedicated to Q&A segments and short breaks woven throughout the workshop to allow for integration, discussion, and connection.
